Guess what is peeking it's head already? Baby Garlic!

Happy November garlic lovers! We are starting to see sprouts on about 18 varieties of our garlic in the last week. We took this photo today while out and about checking crops and being chased by a few hungry blue birds. This variety is our Romanian Red and will be one of the first to be harvested. The ground, soil and sprouts look happy and healthy. The countdown has begun!
